The entire purpose of Chinese Toolbox READER is that you learn Chinese, you learn to read Chinese and understand it. It is not mainly for translation, though it can be used for that. Chinese Toolbox READER provides the software tools for you to learn Chinese by reading what you’re interested in. The primary tools are automatic lookup of definitions and tagging for unassisted reading.
