Navigate Character Dictionary via Keyboard

When the main character frame is selected in the Character Dictionary window, you can use the Left and Right direction keys to display previous and next character entries respectively. Pressing the Home key will display the first character entry of the character dictionary. Pressing the End key will display the last entry.
